These are different entry circuits. The 'Machu Picchu Only' ticket covers the main citadel. Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu Mountain are additional treks with panoramic views, both with very limited availability
The dry season (April to October) offers sunny days, but it is the busiest season. The rainy season (November to March) has fewer tourists and a greener landscape, but carries a risk of light rain
