BOOKING PROCEDURE
To confirm the booking, the passenger must pay 40% of the total program cost as an advance payment for the contracted services. Once this deposit is received, the following information must be provided:
- Full names and surnames.
- Legible photo of passport or identity card.
- Legible photo of student ID (if applicable).
- Exact travel dates.
- Legible photo of international and domestic flights.
- Screenshot or photo of the advance payment voucher.
With all this information, a booking confirmation voucher detailing all contracted services is issued, finalizing the booking.
The passenger must confirm and accept the booking voucher; if there are any observations, they must be communicated immediately.
PAYMENT METHODS
Advance payments must be made through our authorized payment methods, which are:
- Western Union: The passenger is provided with the personal details of our legal representative to send the advance payment. Transfer fees are covered by the passenger and the amount may vary depending on the city from which it is sent.
- Payment link: The passenger's personal details are requested, and a payment link is generated through our Openpay platform for the advance payment amount + 7 dollars commission for every 100 or fraction thereof. The passenger must make the payment using a credit or debit card during the validity period of the link.
- Deposit to company account: The passenger is provided with our BBVA Continental bank company account details, where the advance payment must be deposited through a banking institution. Transfer fees are covered by the passenger and the amount may vary depending on the bank.
Important note regarding exchange rates: When the passenger makes a card payment in a currency other than the program's currency, they will assume any differences due to the exchange rate applied by their bank.
💡 Recommendation: It is suggested to pay the balance in cash (dollars) to avoid the 7-dollar commission generated by card payments.
